Call-Out Qualified, is an entry-level position. 

The COQ individual may perform as a member of SCSAR under the direct supervision of a qualified FTM during search operations.

Is a member of SCSAR in good standing.

Recognizes the need for further training.

Meets the minimal training requirements.

Possesses day gear as outlined in the SCSAR equipment list.

Has successfully completed the COQ certification form.
